Your first step is to look in one of the following areas for carefully selected advice to answer our most common questions. You might be able to find an answer to your problem immediately.

Please note that Citizens Advice Rural Cambs is legally only allowed to provide basic information and advice about immigration – we are not trained immigration advisers. Similarly, we are not trained legal advisers and cannot provide legal advice. Some of the information on the website might, however, direct you to where you can find help: immigration advice or legal advice.

Please note that we are trialling a new system to provide advice on Energy related issues through telephone appointments.

These can be booked online on our website, but please note that they are strictly to discuss energy issues, and are only available to people living within a defined area (see link on booking page)
